Community Involvement

Re Fihlile recognizes the importance of giving back to the community and makes it a priority to be involved in the areas where we live and work. Re Fihlile supports local, national, and international programs.

Health & Well-Being

We understands that our employees' well-being is not only comprised of being safe while on the job. Although Re Fihlile growing, it remains small enough that employees are well aware of each other's needs. For example, employees often start a fund for those employees and their families that may have health issues and other hardships. Bank accounts have been established for employees that experience financial hardships due to an unforeseen accident or event. Sometimes meal services are provided to deliver meals to an employee's home during a time of need.

Re Fihlile is committed to sustainable business practices. From recycling of our projects to recycling programs at our offices, we're constantly looking at new ways to improve the way we do business.
